Private 1-on-1 sessions start at £65/hr. Book a block of 10 or more sessions and you get 10% off automatically. If budget is a genuine concern, send me a message — there’s usually a way to make it work.
Not at all — and honestly, some of my favourite sessions are with complete beginners. There’s nothing to unlearn and everything to build. We start with grip, stance, and the basics of making clean contact, and we build from there at a pace that works for you. No judgment, no rush.
The Junior Academy takes players from age 6 all the way through to 17. The younger groups focus on coordination, fun, and falling in love with the game. From around age 10, we start incorporating more structured technique and match play. I also work with juniors who have their eye on county or national competition — there’s a clear pathway for that.
I coach at Hyde Park, Holland Park, and Queen’s Club in West London, depending on the session type and time slot. Your booking confirmation will include the specific venue and court details. All locations have changing facilities and accessible parking nearby.
I understand life doesn’t always go to plan. I ask for 48 hours’ notice wherever possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at 50% to cover court fees. If it’s an emergency or illness, reach out directly — I’m reasonable about these things.
If you have your own, bring it. If you’re a first-timer without a racket, let me know in advance and I’ll have a loaner ready. Balls are always provided. Once you’re training regularly, I’ll give you honest recommendations on the equipment that suits your game — and you can find my trusted picks in the Shop.
Most players notice something shifting within three to five sessions — a stroke that’s suddenly clicking, a movement pattern that feels more natural. Real, visible improvement tends to be clear by sessions eight to twelve with consistent training. The more regularly you show up, the faster the progress. This isn’t vague encouragement — it’s just how repetition and good coaching work.
Absolutely. Gift bookings are available — just reach out via the contact form and I’ll put together a gift confirmation you can pass on. It’s one of the best presents you can give someone who’s mentioned wanting to try tennis or get back on court.
As I believe fitness plays an important role in life and is especially important for tennis, I always start my training session with an intense fitness workout. If you are interested in a personal fitness trainer, I can highly recommend one who works with high-performance tennis players
Hit the ‘Book Your First Session’ button, fill in the short form with a bit of detail about your game, and I’ll be in touch within 24 hours to confirm everything. No contracts, no long-term commitment on your first booking. Just come and see what an hour on court with the right coach can do for you.
